These are a selection of works created during and immediately after my undergraduate degree at Lakehead University. They reflect my study of painting, drawing and collage, showing the beginnings of my interest in the female body, and using layered transparent papers to represent identity. Self Portrait in Boots and It’s Contagious are the first works that explore my white skin as a marker of my identity.
